File Importer Detected An Inconsistency In The File Structure. Reading And Writing This File’S Metadata (Xmp) Has Been Disabled.

If You Are Facing This Go To Your Creative Cloud, See If You Have Suddenly Updated To The Latest Version Of Adobe Premiere Pro 2023. Version 23.1
If you have done so, do the following:
1st step
- Sign In to Your Creative Cloud;
- Access the Premiere Menu by clicking on the three dots on the right side;
- Click Other Versions And Install Version 23.0;
- By Doing This It Will Install The Previous Version And Automatically Uninstall The Latest Version;
2nd step
- Go In Sync Menu With Cloud Symbol;
- Click Pause Sync;
We do not know how much Adobe will correct this update error, so it was necessary to carry out this procedure to be able to return to working normally, however I advise you to do the reanalysis by updating all affected applications such as Premiere and After Effects. Run this update again at least once a week to verify that the problem is definitely fixed. If not, leave at version 23.0 and Sync Paused Until Resolved.
